Who is Tom Oerlemans?
Tom specializes in corporate law and, within that area of law, focuses particularly on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and other forms of cooperation. He also deals with corporate law issues and commercial contracts.
As a lawyer, Tom assists clients with participation and acquisition projects, joint ventures and corporate law issues. He does this with a practical approach, but always with an emphasis on the interests of his clients. He enjoys delving into complex legal issues and finds it a challenge to put agreements made on paper in an accurate and clear manner.
Tom studied corporate law at Tilburg University, where he graduated cum laude in 2019. He has since joined BG.legal as a lawyer. During his studies, Tom worked for two years for the Juridische Hogeschool Avans & Fontys, where he now regularly gives guest lectures. In addition to his work at BG.legal, Tom is chairman of the Young Bar Association East Brabant.
