Who is Mustafa Kahya?

Mustafa Kahya studied law at Tilburg University, where he completed his master's degree in Law & Technology in 2021. He has been associated with BG.Legal since 2022. He specializes in intellectual property law, more specifically in trademark and design law. During his studies he did an internship at an incubator where he provided startups with advice in the field of IP and privacy. In addition, he did internships at both the Zuidas and a boutique office, after which he started working as a paralegal.
