We are looking for an Office Manager / HR Manager who will not only ensure the office runs smoothly but also leads the team and takes the initiative in everything related to office management and HR.
About the role
As Office Manager / HR Manager, you are responsible for a well-organized, pleasant, and efficient working environment. You will lead the supporting office team, be a member of the Executive Board, and be ultimately responsible for the implementation of HR policy. You maintain an overview, set directions, and switch effortlessly between daily operational tasks and strategic issues. You are a sparring partner for the board and an inspiring coach for employees. Your tasks include:
- Directing and coaching the supporting office team;
 - Coordinating the daily operations in the office;
 - Preparing and executing policy on behalf of the Executive Board;
 - Ultimately responsible for facility matters, purchasing, and contacts with suppliers;
 - Responsible for office management, including insurance, IT/telephony, contract management, and budget monitoring;
 - Responsible for personnel administration and implementing HR policy;
 - Leading the recruitment and selection process, from job texts to onboarding;
 - Responsible for absenteeism management, vitality, and occupational health issues;
 - Coordinating organizational development: improvements in work processes, change management, and team development;
 - Advising the board on office management, employment conditions, and personnel development;
 - Contributing to HR strategy, organizational culture, and talent development.
 - Coordination of internal and external communication.
 - Cooperation and sparring partner to the Marketing & Communication Manager.
 
Who are you?
You are energetic, independent, and communicatively strong, able to connect people, and results-oriented. You have an eye for both the individual and the team. You actively think about improvements and enjoy mentoring and helping colleagues grow.
- Minimum HBO work and thinking level, preferably in HRM, office management, Business Administration, or a comparable field;
 - Demonstrable experience in a managerial office or HR position is a plus;
 - Knowledge of and affinity with HR processes, current legislation, and regulations;
 - Affinity with budget monitoring/finances;
 - Good command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written;
 - Proactive, solution-oriented, and flexible;
 - Integrity, discretion, and reliability;
 - Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
