About us

The name BG.legal refers to our founders, Miel Bogaerts and Jules Groenen. They opened their office in Boxtel in 1974 and laid the foundation for what we are today: a trusted partner for various companies and organizations. From SMEs to government, from corporates to social institutions.

Since our founding, we have grown with our time, clients, and employees. From a local office, we expanded to two offices in important economic regions. Today, our 25 lawyers and legal experts work from 's-Hertogenbosch and Eindhoven, advising clients throughout the Netherlands and beyond.

Thanks to our membership in the international network Consulegis, we maintain close connections with lawyers and accountants in 40 countries. We collaborate with reliable partners and are always updated on legal developments in other countries. Challenge across borders? We’ve got your back.
