Remco de Jong, Lawyer Corporate Law and Bankruptcy Law in Den Bosch
Remco de Jong is a lawyer and partner at BG.legal in Den Bosch. He specializes in insolvency and corporate law, with a strong focus on restructuring, director liability and bankruptcy.
He advises entrepreneurs on financial challenges, supports restructuring processes and handles bankruptcies as a trustee. He also assists boards and shareholders in making complex decisions under time and liquidity pressure. His approach is goal-oriented and to the point, with an eye for risks and opportunities in crisis situations. Remco acts quickly, is legally sharp, thinks outside the box and knows how to translate complex issues into concrete solutions.
After completing his Master's in Corporate Law at Erasmus University, Remco also spent a period studying at the University of Helsinki in Finland. He has additionally followed various specialized training courses, including Insolvency Law (INSOLAD Grotius and CPO) and Financial Economics for trustees.
Remco is a member of INSOLAD and Young Management. Since 2014, he has been the editorial secretary of the Journal for Trustees, which addresses developments in insolvency law.
