Daniëlle Hack, Lawyer Corporate Law (M&A and Restructurings) in Den Bosch
Daniëlle Hack is a partner and attorney in corporate law at BG.legal. She has been working at the firm since January 2025 and is based in Den Bosch.
Daniëlle specializes in (cross-border) mergers and acquisitions, legal restructurings, investments, commercial contracts and collaborative forms such as joint ventures and shareholder agreements.
She started her career at a large international law firm and then worked in the Legal department of a Big Four accounting firm. With this broad international experience, she regularly supports clients in complex acquisition processes with a cross-border component, focusing on mid-market and family businesses.
Daniëlle studied at Utrecht University, earning both a master's degree in Corporate Law and a master's degree in Organizations, Change and Management. During her studies, she interned/worked at various (international) law firms and also spent some time in London.
Due to her multidisciplinary background and international experience, she provides clients not only with legal advice but also with strategic insights into their organization. Daniëlle is known for her sharp analyses and solution-oriented approach.
