Who is Mustafa Kahya?

Mustafa Kahya received his law degree from Tilburg University, where he completed his master’s degree in Law & Technology in 2021. He has been associated with BG.Legal since 2022.

He specializes in intellectual property law, more specifically trademark and design law. During his studies, he did an internship at an incubator where he provided startups with advice on IP and privacy. He also did internships at the Zuidas as well as at a boutique firm, after which he started working as a legal assistant.
