Who is Rik Wevers?

Rik Wevers has worked as a lawyer since 1995. Rik is characterised by the ease with which he handles both civil law and administrative law cases. He is driven by a desire to offer his clients an expert and solution-oriented service in the often complex area of overlap between these two legal disciplines. And – as befits somebody born and raised in Rotterdam – he does so in a no-nonsense manner. Real estate is often the common denominator in his cases: construction and tenancy law, project development and spatial planning. However, in line with that overlap, Rik's expertise also includes the relatively new legal area of procurement law. In addition, he can assist you with employment law issues, including disputes with government and semi-government organisations.
