Irene de Mol-van Schijndel, Lawyer Corporate Law in Den Bosch

Irene de Mol – van Schijndel is a corporate law attorney at BG.Legal in 's-Hertogenbosch. She specializes in civil commercial law, commercial contracts, and liability issues, advising and litigating for entrepreneurs both domestically and internationally.

After completing her master's degree in corporate law at Radboud University, where she also participated in a bridging program in business administration, Irene gained experience at an international law firm. There, she developed her expertise in contract law, liability law, and litigation.

Irene supports clients in drafting and reviewing (international) commercial contracts and resolving disputes, with a strong focus on preventing legal risks. Her approach is practical and results-oriented, always considering her clients' interests.

In addition to her work at BG.Legal, she is active as a board member of De BIZ, a business club for international entrepreneurs, and is a member of Consulegis, a network of international lawyers. Irene is known for her clear communication, dedication and passion for entrepreneurs.
