Margot van Delft

Margot van Delft, legal counsel  Labor Law

Margot van Delft works as an employment law attorney at BG.legal. She is part of the Employment Law section and supports the team with various employment law issues. She advises on matters including the termination of employment contracts, employment conditions, and labor disputes.

Margot studied at Tilburg University, where she successfully completed the extended master's program in Employment Law and Family and Youth Law. During her studies, she developed a broad legal foundation with a clear focus on employment law.

In addition to her work, Margot is involved as a board member of the alumni association of the Tilburg Law School.

Margot works meticulously, has strong analytical skills, and places great importance on clear communication. Her practical approach and commitment make her an accessible and reliable sparring partner.
