Our lawyers specialized in labor law Cas Kroese and Marlies Hol will discuss the upcoming European Pay Transparency Directive that will come into effect in 2027.

This legislation brings new obligations regarding transparency on compensation, equal opportunities, and reporting topics that organizations should already be preparing for.
