The 30% tax rule is a stimulation for Dutch employers to hire foreign employees from abroad.
Up to 30% of their wage can be paid without taxation.
That way employers can offer candidates a higher net salary with no higher wage costs.
In 30 minutes lawyer Marlies Hol from BG.Legal and tax adviser Sander Verbaarschot from Nelisca will explain the conditions, the procedure, the benefits and labor law issues of this 30% tax rule.
At the end there will be time for Q&A’s from participants.
