Edith de Koning-Witte
Who is Edith de Koning-Witte?
Edith de Koning-Witte graduated in liability law from Tilburg University. Edith specialises in personal injury cases, insurance law and contract law. She primarily focuses on assessing liability, obtaining compensation for material and immaterial damages and disputes relating to insurance coverage or disputes about the [size of the] amount paid by an insurer. Edith has handled personal injury cases since 1994. She has worked for a civil liability insurer and a legal expenses insurer. So she knows the issues faced by the victim and the insurer. Edith joined the team of lawyers at Bogaerts & Groenen advocaten in 2008. She understands that personal injury can have a huge impact, both financially and emotionally. So she focuses strongly on the victim's best interests in all her cases and this is also her primary objective when coming to an acceptable solution. Edith feels that a victim is entitled to the best possible care and support. For example, she also involves occupational health experts in order to make a return to work possible. Edith will be delighted to help you assess liability and damages, negotiate with the liable third party or the insurer concerned or litigate against the liable third party or insurer. Edith can also advise you on insurance issues, assess contracts and assist with [drawing up] general terms and conditions. Edith is a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers [LSA].
